Brain Masala Katakat
Ingredients Required
- Brain Goat
2 whole,250g
- Onion
1 Medium finely diced
- Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon
- Ginger
1 tablespoo fine strips/julienne
- Green Chillies
1-2 tablespoon,chopped
- Cilantro/Fresh Coriander
3 tablespoons chopped
- Oil/Ghee
3/4 cup/100ml
- Butter
2-3 tablespoon
- Special Brain Masala
2 tablespoons
STEPS OF COOKING
- Boil the brain in water for 10 minutes and discard the water. Remove top lining on the brain and chop it into small pieces.
- Heat oil/ghee and fry the onion until light golden. Add garlic,ginger,green chillies and Speacial Brain Masala mixed in 2 tablespoons of water.Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the boiled brain and stir-fry continuously for about 5-7 minutes
- Add green coriander,butter and stir. Serve with naans
